Form Fillable PDF Screamsheets

PDF Screamsheets for Home Campaigns, Game Master & Players!

Attached is the Indie Media Group Form-Fillable PDF Scream Sheet! We have several types available, based on player and GM needs.

The two PDFs below are Form Fillable, with Rich Text Formatting (RTF), meaning you can change fonts, colors, sizes, etc. Both also include “Bottom” and or “Top” Ad Space, meaning you can directly upload your own images to place as Ads! At the very bottom is a PNG that can be filled in how ever you want!

Data-Shards V2!

Hello fellow Choombas,

This is the Re-Release of the Data-Shard set that put out a month or so ago.

List of Changes:

  • New & Updated fonts being used
  • Time Component Added (Gotta add that pressure!)
  • Form Fillable Elements on the PDF itself! (No need to Microsoft Word anymore!)
  • Form Fillable Elements will work with standard input font AND RTF Pasted fonts!

Cyberpunk Red Fillable Portrait/Vertical Character Sheet

Hey Choombas!

As soon as I saw the official Cyberpunk Red character sheet, I knew I wanted to try making a portrait version. The official tool is great, but I’ve always preferred portrait sheets for ttrpgs, and I know others who feel the same way. This 2 page sheet also adds some small features, such as tracking for your current magazine within a firearm, support for multiple roles, and a separate section for property such as apartments and vehicles.
