Attached is the Indie Media Group Form-Fillable PDF Scream Sheet! We have several types available, based on player and GM needs.
The two PDFs below are Form Fillable, with Rich Text Formatting (RTF), meaning you can change fonts, colors, sizes, etc. Both also include “Bottom” and or “Top” Ad Space, meaning you can directly upload your own images to place as Ads! At the very bottom is a PNG that can be filled in how ever you want!

Roll the dice and follow the colors from table to table to create a campaign for your next actual play of Cyberpunk RED or any futuristic, dystopian, scifi RPG game!
